For our Standard Cloud Hosting, your website can be live within 3–5 business days after we receive your content and preferences. This is possible due to our streamlined setup process and efficient infrastructure.
For the Professional eCommerce Hosting, which involves setting up your store online, the process typically takes 5–7 business days. This timeframe accounts for the additional configurations and testing required to ensure optimal performance for your online store.
What happens after I pay?
Once your payment is confirmed through Flutterwave, you'll receive a confirmation message with a link to schedule your kickoff call. During this call, we'll discuss your specific needs, gather necessary information, and outline the next steps.
For the Standard Cloud Hosting, we'll proceed to set up your website based on the details provided. For the Professional eCommerce Hosting, we'll begin the process of configuring your VPS and setting up your WooCommerce store.
Our team will keep you informed throughout the process and provide support as needed.
Can I switch between the above plans later?
No, the two hosting plans are built on entirely different infrastructures. The Standard Cloud Hosting uses a proprietary cloud platform, while the eCommerce plan is built on WordPress other . Migrating between them would require a full redesign.
If you’re not sure which to choose, we recommend going for the eCommerce Hosting plan—it’s flexible and can support all types of websites, including business and eCommerce.
Note: Clients on the eCommerce Hosting plan can request an upgrade in specifications as their business grows
